Welcome to your Ovulatory Phase! During this phase your hormone levels are at their peak! This means you can handle high intensity workouts and benefit from them by building muscle and burning fat more easily. This phase is the Summer of your cycle and all these workouts are sweaty, sexy and powerful. I want you to challenge yourself and know that it will create change in not only your body, but your mindset and how you feel about yourself. Today we are focusing on energising cardio intervals with light weights to sculpt and sweat, then doubling up those ankle weights on the mat for added strength and resistance to define your butt and thighs. Let's do this!!
Equipment needed: 1 lb ankle/ wrist weights optional & wear running shoes for extra support jumping and take low impact options if needed
