Today we're focusing in on those glutes and thighs on the mat after yesterday's cardio class. We're going to be keeping up the follicular phase energy with this dynamic and strengthening class, as well as working the glutes and thighs from all angles. Throughout this phase your hormone levels are elevating towards their peak at ovulation. You may notice already how much more energy you have to give in your workouts.
