Welcome to day 1 of your Follicular Phase! I am so excited to guide you through these energising workouts. In the Follicular Phase your hormone levels are rising from their lowest, during menstruation, to their peak, during ovulation. This means every day of this phase you'll feel more vibrant and energised, it also means your body can handle higher intensity workouts. In this phase you'll find strength and cardio based Pilates, so you can make the most of your ability to burn fat and build muscle more easily. Today we are starting off with a low impact cardio abs and arms to wake up your body and make this most of this fresh start energy. We have low impact jumps to activate the lymphatic system, flushing out water retention, as well as twists to help us de-bloat and work our waistline. This class is so fun and dynamic!! Today is a great day to set new intentions for the phase ahead and start to show up as that most vibrant version of you!!
Equipment needed: 1 lb ankle/ wrist weights optional & wear running shoes for extra support jumping and take low impact options if needed
