Welcome to our new studio setup! You will definitely be seeing a lot more of this space in our upcoming classes, so I hope you love it as much as I do! To kick things off, we have a short but powerful Strength Pilates workout focusing on the abs & thighs. Feel free to add some ankle weights for this class to really challenge yourself - we are here for a good time, not a long time today. If you are looking for a more comprehensive workout, try pairing this class with one of your other favorite quickies on the app, or add it to the end of a full-length class of your choosing.
