Barre burn baby. I am SO obsessed with these chair classes lately! I love how effective these are for toning. Today is all about that slow, mindful burn. We are going to be toning the thighs and really thinking of lengthening the muscle fibres. Really take time to create resistance and connect to your body. The mind-muscle connection is everything with this class. You'll need a sturdy chair or countertop for this class - make sure to support your own weight and just use your chair for a bit of balance support. Ankle weights optional.
