In today's Low Impact Cardio class we target our favourite combination - the arms and abs. With a mix of energising cardio movements and slower ab toning intervals this is the perfect class to start off the week. You might notice we didn't include our usual intro reel - let us know in the comments if you like those little introductions or you'd rather skip them and just get right into the class.
