You're half way through your follicular phase! How are you feeling? Today we are going to be working the thighs and glutes with low impact cardio intervals for a class that is sweaty, sculpting and energising. I love this class because we get to challenge our muscles with lots of reps working the larger muscles to failure, helping us to get stronger and build endurance in this phase. We also get that gorgeous mat pilates burn to help work those smaller muscles and leave us feeling lengthened.
Equipment needed: 1 lb ankle/ wrist weights optional & wear running shoes for extra support jumping and take low impact options if needed
