Welcome to the first day of your follicular phase! Today we're going to be waking up the body with an energising low impact cardio class. This workout is all about creating fresh energy and setting intentions for your follicular phase. The exercises in this class are low impact cardio to help us get a gentle sweat happening. We incorporate lots of twisting which can also help to de-bloat if you're retaining water after your period.
Your period just ended, so listen to your body and pick the pace that feels good in your body. Wrist weights are optional but great to add if you're looking for more sculpting.
