It's the final mat class of your Luteal Phase today and we saved a good one for last. We're doing sculpting and lengthening style movements today. Try to really slow these movements down, create the mind muscle connection and be in your body. We will be targeting the outer thighs and side glutes for this class, focusing on that mindful burn that feels so good. We also want to focus on keeping the hips, lower back and abs nice and open to help prevent cramping in your Menstrual Phase. This should feel really good and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
