Hello darling! How are you feeling today? As we move to the second half of the Luteal Phase remember to check in with your energy levels each day. Give yourself permission to slow down, tune inwards and take more rest days when you need them. Today we have a dreamy, lengthening reformer style class for the legs and butt. I love this class because we get lots of gorgeous lengthening stretches mixed with targeted toning. You're going to feel SO good after this one!
