Hello my love, how are you feeling after yesterday's restorative Pilates flow? Today we have a gentle sculpt and lengthen style mat Pilates class focusing on our butt and thighs. We are keeping the work in the hips, glutes and thighs to prevent and tightness in the low back that can contribute to period cramping. It's all about the mindful burn today and tuning into your body and what it needs to feel it's best.
