I am SO excited for todays strength reformer workout!! We are adding weights to strengthen and define the body, with reformer style exercises to create longer, leaner feeling muscles. The reformer lunges help us to get deep into those muscles, challenging our body in a new and effective way, while the weight adds extra toning for the upper body and abs. This class is sexy, sweaty and energising. Challenge yourself to try moving your body in a new way, have confidence in yourself and your body and you're going to be glowing after this one!!
Equipment needed: 3 lb hand weights optional & socks or sliders.
