Today we have a sweaty, full body cardio pilates circuit. We're going to be pushing ourselves to our limits. Your body can handle this style of cardio and strength training are really create some beautiful results during this phase.
Feel confident in yourself and your ability to do anything you put your mind to. I am using 1 lb. wrist/ ankle weights and a very light resistance booty band.This workout can be modified and done without equipment by doing the same exercises and using mind muscle connection.
