We're back with another cardio pilates today, this time focusing on our abs and arms. Our standing intervals are designed to boost your energy and metabolism, giving you a gorgeous sweat, glow and energy boost for the day of head. On the mat we focus on creating strength with high reps of target movements for the arms, abs and posture. Remeber challenge creates change, think of how you want to feel and how the strongest version of you would show up today and embody it.
Equipment needed: 1 lb ankle/ wrist weights optional & wear running shoes for extra support jumping and take low impact options if needed
