You’re halfway through week two! How are you feeling my love? I am so proud of you for all the effort you’re putting in towards your goals. Today's class is going to be another full body burner. We will be building strength and creating length, while getting our heart rate up. On the mat we are incorporating smaller movements for targeted toning and that mindful pilates burn we love.
Today I want you to shift your energy, get out of your comfort zone and do something that your future self will thank you for.
The workouts in this challenge are advanced - remember to listen to your body, take breaks, beginner modifications and extra rest days whenever you need.
Equipment: 3 lb hand weights and 1 lb ankle weights.
