Today we have a Strength Pilates class entirely on the mat. We're adding ankle and hand weights to increase the resistance and intensity of these exercises, as well as socks to replicate reformer moves. You're going to feel strong, empowered and ready to take on the day after this one. It's a great day to check in with yourself and how you have been showing up for you in this phase. Feeling proud of you putting in the work to get your goals.
Equipment needed: 1 lb ankle/ wrist weights + 3 lb hand weights optional + socks or sliders
