Day 1 of the Summer Burn program! We're kicking off with my all time favourite cardio arms workout, and of course mixing in some extra abs. This class is mixing lots of dancing arms, think barre arms but intensified, with boxing and toning to get a fun, sweaty and sculpting upper body workout. This dynamic, non- stop cardio is great to eliminate bloating and tone those smaller muscles that are often missed with traditional gym workouts.
This class can be done without any equipment, and for beginners we recommend using no equipment the first time you complete this program, however if you want to advance, use a pair of 1 lb. hand or wrist weights.
