To keep things exciting and effective, Toned in 20 includes three distinct class styles:
• Strength Pilates: Incorporating light weights, these workouts help build lean muscle and add definition, giving you a sculpted, toned look.
• Power Pilates: A high-energy, dynamic class designed to boost endurance, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling strong, energized, and glowing.
