Hey guys~ you've been waiting for this one!! The best back workout yet, it's all about perfecting the posture so we can stand stronger and more confident. We really work at opening the chest to counteract sitting at a desk all day and then strengthen with some slow and controlled back extension on the mat.

This is a standing butt workout that will work the muscles in the glutes from all angles to help shape and tone the butt. It's a great glute activation that can be done before another butt focused class to really activate the muscles, or do it on it's own for a great burn.

This class is all about the stretch and sculpt. I love these Pilates stretch classes to feel lengthened and relaxed. These are perfect at the end of a stressful day.
