DAY 4 - ULTIMATE BOOTY BURN
This is a standing butt workout that will work the muscles in the glutes from all angles to help shape and tone the butt. It's a great glute activation that can be done before another butt focused class to really activate the muscles, or do it on it's own for a great burn.

This class is all about the stretch and sculpt. I love these Pilates stretch classes to feel lengthened and relaxed. These are perfect at the end of a stressful day.

DAY 5 - UNDER-BUTT LIFT
This workout is all about lifting the butt. We're working the top of the hamstring and bottom of the glutes to create a lifted appearance and tone the under-butt area. It's a quick burn and great to add to your routine a couple times a week to see great results.
