Its no secret I love adding Barre style exercises to our BB classes! These exercises are so beautiful and feminine, they really leave you feeling strong and lengthened. This class really works every inch of the core and will leave you feeling lean and toned.

DAY 3 - LEAN LEGS TONING
This class is a total thigh burn. I love a leg workout that focuses on carving out and elongating the legs. We're working every inch - inner, outer thighs, quads, hamstrings and calves. Lean legs here we come!

I LOOOOOVE side lying glutes... and hate them all at once?! They burn but they WORK!! Get ready to shape those hips and side booty!!
