This is a standing butt workout that will work the muscles in the glutes from all angles to help shape and tone the butt. It's a great glute activation that can be done before another butt focused class to really activate the muscles, or do it on it's own for a great burn.

This workout is possibly my fave low ab workout ever! It's the perfect way to end the challenge. This workout is all about using our deep core muscles to act as a corset pulling the lower abs in, as well as toning the low ab muscles. It's spicy and dynamic! Let's go!
