You’ll be getting 20 new targeted toning classes, all 10 mins or less. These are super effective workouts that can be done on their own or added to the bb workout calendar. Summer is a busy time - but we all have time for a quickie, right? 😉 I really wanted to create a program that would work with anyones lifestyle or fitness level! These quickies are intense, but feel SO good. You can do them on your own on days you're short on time or add them to the workout calendar if you're more advanced. Set a goal for yourself, maybe 3 full length classes from the workout calendar and all five quickies each week... and stick to it!!   • DAY 1 - HIIT PILATES CARDIO BLAST

    Episode 1

    This quickie HIIT Pilates is the perfect way to kick off week 2. I love to start the week with some cardio to boost my energy and bring fresh energy into the week ahead. You can modify this workout to take out the jumping by stepping instead.

  • DAY 2 - BARRE ABS AND WAIST

    Episode 2

    Its no secret I love adding Barre style exercises to our BB classes! These exercises are so beautiful and feminine, they really leave you feeling strong and lengthened. This class really works every inch of the core and will leave you feeling lean and toned.

  • DAY 3 - LEAN LEGS TONING

    Episode 3

    This class is a total thigh burn. I love a leg workout that focuses on carving out and elongating the legs. We're working every inch - inner, outer thighs, quads, hamstrings and calves. Lean legs here we come!

  • DAY 4 - POSTURE PERFECT BACK + ARMS

  • DAY 5 - UNDER-BUTT LIFT

    Episode 5

    This workout is all about lifting the butt. We're working the top of the hamstring and bottom of the glutes to create a lifted appearance and tone the under-butt area. It's a quick burn and great to add to your routine a couple times a week to see great results.
