You’ll be getting 20 new targeted toning classes, all 10 mins or less. These are super effective workouts that can be done on their own or added to the bb workout calendar. Summer is a busy time - but we all have time for a quickie, right? 😉
I really wanted to create a program that would work with anyones lifestyle or fitness level! These quickies are intense, but feel SO good. You can do them on your own on days you're short on time or add them to the workout calendar if you're more advanced. Set a goal for yourself, maybe 3 full length classes from the workout calendar and all five quickies each week... and stick to it!! As always, listen to your body and take extra rest whenever you need it.
