We are incorporating mat work to sculpt and lengthen, with dynamic strength standing series. You are going to be feeling so refreshed and connected to your body after this one!
The workouts in this challenge are advanced - remember to listen to your body, take breaks, beginner modifications and extra rest days whenever you need.
Equipment: 3 lb hand weights and 1 lb ankle weights.
