Get ready to re-energise halfway though this program. Today's class is non-stop cardio sculpt. I LOVE this style of cardio, it's such a fun, effective way to workout. I've given a jumping option and a stepping option, so you can make it as intense as you feel. Listen to your body. Personally I feel the light jumping is the perfect way to get a fun, sweaty cardio boost! This style of jumping helps to flush our lymphatic system, helping to detox and de-bloat, while we tone. Remember, form is number one, get the moves down and then you can speed them up.
No equipment is needed, however 1-2 lb ankle + wrist / hand weights is a great way to advance.
