This is a quick but POWERFUL meditation to help train your mind to focus on the GOOD, POSITIVE and BENEFICIAL things in your life. No matter what life throws at us, we all have something that we can be grateful for and training our minds to look for positives is such an important tool. This is definitely something that has helped me improve my mindset and overcome mental challenges that used to hold me back and limit my happiness and enjoyment of life.
