In this class we use dynamic movements working the abs, lower belly, waistline and legs to give you a quick but effective fat-burning cardio workout. This class is LOW IMPACT (easy on the knees and joints) but it is still HIGH ENERGY. Expect a sweaty, energising workout but without heavy impact on your knees and joints (no jumping, burpees etc). Use this short workout for a quick energy boost, a warm-up or when you don't have time for a full length class. Time to get your GLOW on!! 🔥💕
