Today we have a super transformative meditation and visualisation practice. We are going to focus on expanding your light and locking in this energy you've created for yourself going forward. First we will release any self-doubt or playing small, any way you've been playing small or dimming your light. Then we will start to dream big, take your power back and embody the version of yourself that shines. Remember you have everything it takes inside you, expand your light and make your dreams a reality!!
