This gentle yet effective stretch and sculpt class is designed specifically for Day 5 of your menstrual phase, helping you ease back into movement while honoring your body’s natural rhythms. We’ll focus on stretches to release tension and some gentle Pilates-based sculpting movements to activate your core, legs, and arms without overexertion. This session is perfect for lengthening the muscles, boosting circulation, and reconnecting with your body as your energy starts to return as you head to wards your Follicular Phase. I am using some light wrist weights but you can definitely do this class without equipment —just a mat and a little self-care time.
