Today we have a sculpt and lengthen style mat Pilates class, focusing on our abs and arms. You might have noticed you have a lot more energy at this point of your menstrual phase so give yourself permission to move in a way that feels good to you. We are going to be connecting our breath to each movement and getting that targeted toning for the abs, waist and deep core. Remember to check in with your body and mind as you go through the class and throughout the day, honouring what you need to feel your best.
