Like the other Sunset Sculpt classes on BBFIT, this toning class is going to work your full body - arms, abs, back and legs - and will leave you feeling sore in all the right places. You can absolutely do this workout with no added equipment, however if you want to increase the resistance, add hand weights and ankle weights like I do in the class. Get ready to feel the 🌶🌶🌶 xx
