If you're new to this style of class, take a little moment at the start to get comfortably with the gliding motions. Begin with a range of motion that feels right for you, then gently push yourself as you grow more confident. Remember, the more resistance you feel under your feet while gliding, the spicier the challenge. So make sure to find a space where you can glide comfortably and get the most out of this class.
