Today is truly a class that embodies my catch phrase, "slow work is hard work." We're really going to be slowing down, moving with intention, connecting to our bodies and breath with each movement. These slower mat classes challenge in the body in such a beautiful way, giving us a mindful, targeted burn. We do a mix of moves for the waist and low abs today, as we will stop working the lower abs the closer we get to our Menstrual Phase. It's the ultimate self care class that also gives you a gorgeous ab and arm burn.
