This low impact cardio class uses the gliding pilates discs to sculpt and tone while also giving you a fat-burning cardio workout. The gliding discs are perfect for a high energy cardio workout while avoiding impact on your joints, knees etc. If you don't have discs, try using a pair of woolly socks on a hard surface (floor board or tiles will work best). You can also try folding a pair of dish towels and placing you feet on those.
