This full-body Mat Pilates workout is designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. We’ll focus on engaging your core, sculpting your arms, toning your legs, and extending your muscles for that long, lean Pilates feel. I'm using light 1 lb ankle weight in this class but you can definitely do it without weights if you are less advanced or just looking for a more mindful class.
