AUG 11 - 20 MIN MAT PILATES BUTT + THIGHS (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
In this Mat Pilates class we focus on the hips, butt and thighs. Ankle weights are optional but if you want to add some extra resistance this is a great class to give them a try.

Today we have a classic Align mat pilates class focussing on the butt and abs. With all your favourite pilates moves plus some new twists to keep things fresh, you are going to love this class and feel that sweet burn.

DEC 14 - 30 MIN DE-BLOAT REFORMER CLASS
Today's class is a smooth and flowing reformer pilates class focussing on the abs, waist and arms. Use a pair of socks to slide on your Pilates Mat or on a hard surface. You can also use gliding discs if you have them.

SEPT 29 - 30 MIN UPPER BODY & CORE DEFINE CLASS (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
Today's class is a strengthening and defining upper body class focussing on the arms, shoulders, postural muscles and core. Weights are optional but for this Define class I recommend adding some resistance if you are ready for it.
