Today we're going to sculpt the butt and thighs with a strong, mat Pilates class. These exercises are going to help you connect to your body and really feel each exercise. As you move through your follicular phase you will hopefully begin to feel more energised and stronger. This workout incorporates ankle weights, to support muscle building in the follicular phase. These are optional *especially if you are a beginner* but great to add when you're ready to increase the challenge.
