This 35-minute Power Pilates class is designed to sculpt, strengthen and energize your entire body. Expect a dynamic mix of controlled, powerful movements that challenge your core, legs, arms and posture muscles, leaving you feeling strong and aligned.
We’ll be using light hand weights to enhance resistance and deepen muscle engagement, but the workout is just as effective without them. This session is all about building endurance, improving muscle tone and elevating your energy levels while moving with precision and control.
