What order should I do the workouts in? Each day we have a different body part focus. Follow the program workouts in the order they are laid out to get the best results from this program. This program can be done as a five day program, for best results I recommend doing this program for 4 weeks to really give your body time to build muscle and define your body.
Do I add this to the workout calendar? These workouts are intense and challenging. They are designed to be done on their own. They are going challenge your body and help to achieve specific results. Do not add them to the workout calendar, over training is counter productive as it can prevent fatigue and over working muscles, as well as throw off our hormone balance. Stick to the program. Trust the process!!
What equipment do I need? This program uses ankle weights, hand weights and booty bands. If you're a beginner you can do the program without equipment while building strength. I do recommend adding equipment if you have it as it will increase your results. I use Bala equipment, but you can also find all of these items to suit any budget on target, amazon, kmart, winners, rebel sport or another sporting goods store online or near you.

Can beginners do this program? It is an advanced program, if you are doing this as a beginner, or even as an advanced BBfitter make sure to listen to your body, take extra rest days, add in more stretching and breaks whenever needed.
