Day 4 is all about abs, abs, abs. This workouts strength rounds are focused on creating a strong core, working the postural muscles, deep core and waist using weights. Our burn out rounds focus on the lower abs, waist and deep core to pull the abs in like a corset, as well as get the metabolism and help with fat burning to see results faster.
Equipment: 3 lb hand weights, 1-2 lb ankle weights, light to medium booty band
