I am so excited to introduce our new align studio space in today's workout! I am always trying to bring you the best workouts and the best experience working out with me and I hope you enjoy this next phase of our journey together. We will be bringing you lots more workouts from this beautiful space, as well as some other beautiful new spaces coming very soon. To kick things off this month the have a full body reformer style pilates class. As usual, you can use some thick socks, a dish towel or some gliding discs (if you have them) to glide across your floor or mat and create some flowing reformer style movements in today's class.
