We are starting week two of this challenge strong with a strength Pilates legs and butt workout. This class helps to target all the larger muscles in the legs and butt, then we take it to the mat and add the pilates burn for those smaller muscles.
Today’s intention to step into your power. Stepping into your power is about embracing your authentic self, recognising your worth and having a strong sense of self-confidence. Here are a few ways that you can practise standing in your power today, and for the rest of this challenge.
Embrace your authentic self by allowing yourself to show up as the true you. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What makes you unique. What brings you joy? What have you gone through that’s made you who you are today? Being able to embrace yourself as you are, flaws and all is so powerful.
I want to touch on increasing self-confidence. Something that helps to build your self-confidence is keeping the promises you make to yourself. This challenge is a great way to build that confidence and continue to show up for yourself daily. Through today’s strength class I want you to show up as your most powerful self. Feel confident in yourself, your body and your ability to do hard things. You are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for. Go through today allowing yourself to shine and stand in your power.
