We're going to be targeting the larger muscles with our standing series to shape and strengthen. On the mat we are working the glutes from all angles on the mat for a peachy pump up. Your focus today is to get out of your comfort zones and do something our future self with that you for. Take action towards one of your goals today, knowing each day you get closer to what you want and who you want to be.
Equipment: 3 or 5 lb hand weights and 1or 2 lb ankle weights optional. Wear running shoes for this class.
