Today is all about abs! We have a Power Pilates focused on our deep core, abs and waist. In today's reformer style class we start off slow and the exercises continue to build in terms of challenge and intensity. Starting with small, controlled movements and working on targeted toning and activating the deep core, then we build the momentum and start to get the heart rate up in a very energising and dynamic way.
The workouts in this challenge are advanced - remember to listen to your body, take breaks, beginner modifications and extra rest days whenever you need.
