You've made it through all of the workouts in this challenge and now it's time to focus on showing your hard working muscles that extra bit of love and care. How are you feeling? I am SO proud of you for being here and I hope you're proud of yourself!!
We will be incorporating the power of gratitude into our stretch and meditation today so you can really feel this in your body, and carry this loving energy out into your day. It's so important to be proud of the effort you're putting in, and it's so powerful to be thankful for what you have while working to what you want.
