You've made it to the final workout of this challenge! I hope you are feeling so proud of yourself for all of the effort you've put in! Today's class starts off on the mat with a mindful Pilates burn that works every inch of that beautiful body of yours. Our standing series strengthens the larger muscles and gets our heart rate and energy up. There is a lot of advance co-ordination in this class, but you can do it. Don't overthink it, be in your body and feel confident in your ability to do whatever you put your mind to.
Remember to stretch and make time for self care this weekend, and to celebrate all of your wins!! So proud of you angel!!
The workouts in this challenge are advanced - remember to listen to your body, take breaks, beginner modifications and extra rest days whenever you need.
