BEGINNER ALIGN & DEFINE CHALLENGE

The Beginner version of our Align & Define Challenge is the perfect starting point for those who are new to Align or are working on building strength and refining their technique. This challenge features shorter, less advanced classes designed to help you establish a solid foundation while staying motivated and supported. Make sure to complete the stretch days as these are important to release tension in your hard working muscles plus help promote length and balance in your body.

Weights are totally optional—feel free to complete the challenge without them or add light resistance with 1lb ankle weights or max 3lb hand weights. And remember, there’s no rush! Take rest days as needed and don’t feel pressured to complete all 14 classes in 14 days. The focus here is on mastering form, improving technique, and gradually building strength at your own pace until you feel confident enough to try out the more advanced classes.

This is your time to feel confident, strong, and aligned as you start your journey with Align!
