This barre style class is super energising and lengthening. I love barre for how graceful and elegant it makes you feel. This toning class is going to focus on the butt, thighs and abs. No equipment necessary. You can use ankle weights to advance. We are really targeting the legs, butt and abs today. This class is all about the mind-muscle connection. Make sure to use a STURDY chair or counter top and to avoid putting your weight on it, you should be able to do all the exercises without the chair/barre it is just for light support. If you feel your low back, make sure to keep your core engaged by pulling abs in and lightly tucking tailbone, rib to hip connection, also slow down exercises and keep soft bend in support led. You can also take exercises to the mat to modify and make it work for you.
