This brand new non-stop cardio class uses dynamic pilates movements to give you an amazing cardio workout while also strengthening and toning the booty, legs, thighs and calves. This class includes some HIIT-style jump and dance cardio moves - if you get sore knees or have joint issues, I provide modifications for you throughout the class (or alternatively consider choosing a class from the LOW IMPACT playlist for today's workout. Turn up the volume and get ready to sweat!! xx
